•Ensure each account adheres to foodpanda’s operational standards and meets quality expectations.
•Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to share feedback and stay abreast of industry trends.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years experience in a client management role (preferable)
•Proven B2B sales experience a plus, ideally in F&B, media, advertising, FMCG and e-commerce
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
•Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
