Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic vision and lead strategic planning to ensure the facility can meet future demand.
  • •Lead production planning, capacity management, and weekly performance review meetings across areas.
  • •Identify and prioritize problems impacting performance, allocate resources, and ensure issue resolution.
  • •Maintain operating standards (standardized work, operating rules, 5S, visual management) and ensure health, safety, and loss prevention compliance.
  • •Manage people processes including selection/hiring pipeline, progression training/certification, competency feedback, and mentoring reconditioning managers.
