  • •Monitor and resolve exception items within acceptable time frames.
  • •Manage year-end tax reporting deadlines, including preparation and filings of 1042/945 and shareholder 1099 and 1042 S.
  • •Process cost basis reporting adjustments related to 1099 and corrections.
  • •Lead annual fund reclassification processes and streamline reporting/withholding and remediation tasks.
  • •Review invoices from outside vendors, reconcile to tax form production, and act as backup to the department manager.
