Job Summary

Provide Level 2 onsite support for enterprise network and infrastructure technologies, including LAN/WAN/wireless, IP telephony/UC, audio-visual and video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunication infrastructure. Own troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations while meeting SLA targets. Collaborate with Level 3 teams, vendors, and stakeholders, following ITIL processes and maintaining accurate technical documentation and ticket records.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 2 onsite support for LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, including Cisco routers/switches, WLC, and access points.
•Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents and service degradations.
•Execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations per change management processes.
•Handle incidents and service requests within SLA timelines and escalate complex issues to Level 3 teams or vendors with documentation.
•Act as an onsite technical representative at customer locations, communicating status and maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, network diagrams, and ticket records.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of hands-on onsite network/infrastructure support in enterprise or managed services environments.
•Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, and wireless networking concepts.
•Experience with IP telephony/VoIP fundamentals and AV/video conferencing technologies.
•Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
