Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the GP (General Partner) Securitization product in the Affordable Housing sector, serving as product banker and advisor for major clients.
  • •Develop and maintain client relationships, generate revenue, and creatively leverage company resources to strengthen client engagement.
  • •Originate, structure, and execute large, complex transactions while identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks.
  • •Provide technical and developmental support to more junior team members; lead diverse teams with strategic direction and mentorship.
  • •Monitor client trends, gather market and client strategy information, modify proposals as needed, and improve how the organization delivers value.

Salary: USD 165,000 - 345,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant banking experience with proven client relationship/sales abilities in Public Finance focus sectors.
  • •Experience originating, structuring, and executing large, complex investment banking transactions independently.
  • •FINRA License S7 and FINRA License S63.
  • •Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Broad product knowledge and technical expertise to advise clients and articulate products and services.
