Drive retail growth by executing store-focused sales strategies, developing new customers, and maintaining relationships. Deliver exceptional service by following Burberry Experience standards, meeting individual sales targets aligned to the Burberry Code of Conduct, and cultivating loyal clients via email invitations and use of the updated Client Book. Maintain visual and floor standards (product placement, replenishment, fitting-room cleanliness) and support back-of-house activities including markdown processes and inventory management.
