Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to company-wide performance frameworks and KPI methodologies, and deliver performance insight reporting for continuous improvement.
  • •Monitor KPI trends and emerging data risks to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Coordinate with department heads and data owners to ensure accuracy of reported metrics, and respond to internal and client performance queries.
  • •Prepare, validate, and submit monthly performance reports to meet client and contractual expectations, including KPIs tied to penalties and incentives.
  • •Support performance reporting across operational areas (punctuality, availability, service delivery, operational compliance) and help enhance digital reporting tools.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience in performance reporting, business analysis, or operational reporting.
  • •Experience delivering high-quality performance reports and coordinating KPI submissions.
  • •Familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics and the ability to work across departments to align reporting processes.
  • •Experience using reporting platforms such as Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/data reporting systems preferred.
  • •Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
