Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the expert lifecycle end to end, from sourcing and outreach through screening, contracting, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • •Design and run vetting processes to qualify experts, continuously improving them to predict delivered quality.
  • •Build sourcing strategies for senior and licensed professionals across registries, associations, alumni networks, referrals, and vendor partners.
  • •Manage day-to-day expert engagements, including assigning work, reviewing submissions, resolving blockers, and approving payment.
  • •Own quality and incentive systems (scoring rubrics, peer review, bonuses, and calibration) and instrument the funnel with reporting and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •4+ years in expert networks, AI data and evaluation companies, marketplace, talent operations, or professional services resourcing with ownership of throughput and quality.
  • •Proven ability to build an operational funnel from the ground up and instrument it with data to identify and remove bottlenecks.
  • •Strong analytics experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, and making resourcing decisions from data.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication to engage credibly with senior professionals across unfamiliar domains.
