Job Summary

Join the QoS NIC Firmware team to help lead development of cutting-edge networking features. You’ll conduct research, design, and implement QoS and firmware algorithms, developing and integrating new NIC firmware features across pre/post-silicon environments. The role also includes creating verification tests in complex firmware test environments and building a deep understanding of system debug, networking stacks, and the HW/FW/SW relationship, while providing technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Research, design, and develop QoS and firmware algorithms to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
•Implement new features in the core NVIDIA NIC firmware across pre and post silicon environments.
•Develop verification tests for advanced features in complex firmware testing environments.
•Work closely with architecture and software design teams.
•Build a deep understanding of system debug, networking technology and stacks, and the HW/FW/SW relationship.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
•5+ years of professional experience in firmware/software development.
•Proven experience providing technical leadership and making key decisions for complex firmware projects.
•Proficiency in C and embedded systems programming.
•Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to debug and resolve complex issues.
