Job Summary

Lead a team of Product Managers in Secure Tactical Communications within Mission Systems, driving product strategy and execution across the full RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) framework. Own long-range planning through pursuit/capture, program delivery, transition to production, sustainment, and P&L responsibility. Manage complex programs using EVMS processes, oversee cost/schedule/technical performance and risk, and support proposals and contract negotiations with U.S. Government customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of Product/Program Managers and cross-functional teams delivering encryption and secure networking capabilities across the product lifecycle for U.S. Government customers.
•Drive product strategy and execution through the RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) framework, covering requirements through proposals, development, production, and sustainment.
•Own profit and loss responsibility for internally and externally funded efforts.
•Manage contract lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance of large/complex programs using EVMS tools and processes, including risk management and quality oversight.
•Provide active leadership across the employee lifecycle (hiring, development, coaching, performance management) and communicate with senior executives on strategic matters.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 10 years, or 16 years without a degree.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
•Experience in program management with profit and loss responsibility.
•EVMS experience (Earned Value Management System).
•Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex portfolios.
