Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain relationships with employees and leaders, providing advice and coaching on employee-related and organizational matters.
•Partner with leadership to implement HR programs and support People Strategy in a complex matrix environment.
•Monitor engagement risks and drive engagement strategy using surveys and available data/tools.
•Assist with site-wide employee engagement initiatives and workforce planning activities.
•Manage recruiting and onboarding for hourly associates and support retention programs.
