Key Responsibilities

•Direct manufacturing operations for a shift or group of production lines to meet volume, quality, and cost goals.
•Lead mechanical operation and maintenance of equipment (pumps, gears, conveyors, sifters, dryers, elevators, mills, centrifuges, fans, compressors) and mechanical maintenance techniques.
•Maintain mechanical systems via effective, timely PM/condition-based schedules in SAP and manage PM/CM schedule creation and smart maintenance tools.
•Execute maintenance and capex/MOC projects safely and on time, including procurement follow-up and mandatory contract management.
•Implement EHS standards, conduct risk assessments, drive cost reduction initiatives, and support people development and technical guidance for maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in operations and maintenance of electrical installations.
•Experience in petro-chemical, fertilizer, process, or food industry.
•Hands-on experience operating and maintaining mechanical equipment and mechanical system design, including alignment, balancing, and condition monitoring.
•Strong collaboration, with communication and interpersonal skills.
