Key Responsibilities

•Lead proposal development for the FY27 multi-year production program
•Define and drive production plan to transition to a new configuration and ramp throughput from 120/year to 500/year by 2030
•Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, and lead major reviews with the customer
•Coordinate and align interactions among customers, suppliers, and internal performing organizations to ensure program success
•Travel up to 30% or more for domestic engagements with customers, partners, and teammates

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 186,200 - 353,800 annually

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 14 years in related field, or advanced degree with minimum 10 years of experience
•Prior experience executing large-scale production programs, including factory readiness, supplier readiness, and configuration transitions
•Prior experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, contracts, finance, and supply chain
•Prior experience with Risk & Opportunity Management and Earned Value Management
•Prior experience with rate-ramp planning, industrial base growth, and producibility improvement
