Thermal Engineer

Own end-to-end thermal design for NPU/ASIC packaged hardware, from chip and PCB through PCIe/OAM/SXM card levels to server chassis cooling. Model and optimize cooling trade-offs using CFD tools, including EM-thermal co-simulation, then validate via wind tunnel testing and hands-on temperature measurements. Partner with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to integrate solutions, negotiate thermal specifications, and author thermal design guides and test reports.
