Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review reinsurance documentation and liaise with regional offices as needed.
  • •Upload slips and endorsements for reinsurers’ agreements and follow up on outstanding subjectivities.
  • •Support payment tracking with local Accounting Teams to ensure premiums are collected and settled to reinsurers by settlement due dates.
  • •Complete compliance files and perform final review; process retro accounts and produce invoices for retro risks.
  • •Support special projects/facilities, due diligence for new MGA’s/third-party brokers/new markets, and prepare market submissions and presentations for renewals or new business.

Key Requirements

  • •Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a systematic working approach.
  • •Prepare contingency plans and proactively address challenges while considering the broad long-term picture.
  • •Review reinsurance documentation and liaise with regional offices as needed.
  • •Work collaboratively with local Accounting Teams to support premium collection and reinsurer settlement within due dates.
  • •Speak fluently in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
