Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose issues and determine root cause and corrective action for heavy equipment using work order data and real-time information.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with independent judgment.
  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed.
  • •Assist with equipment & parts pick-up/delivery and provide training to lower level technicians as needed.
