Key Responsibilities

•Execute global partner program strategy within the assigned EMEA theater.
•Drive partner program adoption including tiering, certifications, and incentives.
•Ensure alignment with Sophos’ global channel strategy, partner framework, and operational standards.
•Support rollout of new partner initiatives, tools, and programs within EMEA.
•Track and report partner performance metrics and gather regional partner feedback to improve program effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in channel programs, partner operations, channel marketing, or partner management within the technology industry.
•Experience supporting indirect sales models and partner ecosystems across EMEA.
•Strong understanding of channel business models including MSPs, VARs, distributors, resellers, and strategic alliance partners.
•Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
•Strong analytical mindset using CRM and PRM platforms such as Salesforce.
