Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage pipelines of enterprise prospects and existing clients across the UK to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • •Lead discovery sessions and value-based sales conversations with HR, Reward, and C-suite decision-makers; diagnose needs and present tailored proposals.
  • •Champion adoption of the Online Benefits Platform and broking solutions through thought leadership and measurable impact.
  • •Build strategic account plans and multi-thread executive relationships to unlock expansion throughout the client lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with consulting, analytics, technical, and broking teams and represent Aon at industry events and high-impact client meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in Employee Benefits, HR Technology, SaaS, or broking, including managing complex sales cycles and meeting targets.
  • •Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial acumen with the ability to build a compelling business case.
  • •Experience selling HR or reward technology solutions to large organizations; broking experience in Health, Risk, or DC advisory is desirable.
  • •Ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Familiarity with consultative solution-selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPIC, value-based selling).
