Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, structure, and underwrite major and complex commercial loans, and coordinate closings in compliance with lending policies and procedures.
  • •Monitor and identify credit risks for loans within the commercial banker/relationship manager portfolio.
  • •Interface with clients to assess credit needs and determine analysis structure and required information.
  • •Compile and analyze necessary information to present financing requests to senior management or the Loan Committee for approval.
  • •Coordinate processing of approved loans, ensure agreements and policies are followed, and obtain required documentation to support servicing and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of related experience in portfolio management or a similar field.
