Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader and ensure compliance with occupational health & safety, environment, quality, and food safety site rules.
  • •Lead maintenance operations for machineries, assets, and facilities, including preventive maintenance scheduling, spare parts monitoring, and facility maintenance management.
  • •Coordinate internal maintenance work orders and outside vendors; ensure security, fire, and emergency systems are operational and tested.
  • •Drive engineering activities including capital budget preparation, capital project initiation through implementation, cost tracking, and project schedule management.
  • •Develop and performance-manage the team, set improvement targets for KPIs, and lead continuous improvement to improve equipment reliability and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering/Technical, plus 5 years’ managerial experience, or a high school diploma with at least 7 years’ managerial experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of equipment engineering and automated manufacturing processes, including experience with automation, electronic, and controls engineering.
  • •Experience implementing CMMS and strong mechanical engineering plus basic electrical, process, industrial, and utilities engineering skills.
  • •Knowledge of modern production processes and experience with preferred printing and lamination equipment.
  • •Proven experience managing teams, with strong safety knowledge and fluency in English and Czech.
