Operations Outreach Specialist

Own the end-to-end manual outreach process for employment and income verifications in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will gather data via outbound calls and written communications with HR/payroll contacts, validate employer information, ensure data integrity, and submit verifications within SLAs, partnering with Customer Support, Quality, and other teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
