Key Responsibilities

  • •Review contractors’ work programs during pre-construction for compliance with project requirements.
  • •Support the review of contractors’ submittals (e.g., staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, traffic management plans).
  • •Assist in monitoring supervision project schedules, investigating delay reasons, and recommending corrective measures.
  • •Monitor contractors’ daily activities and resource allocation against the project plan, and support progress monitoring.
  • •Track drawing and specification versions to ensure relevant parties use the latest revised construction drawings, and support commissioning/testing plan and closeout documents as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •3+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry.
  • •3+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry in a top tier regional / multinational consultancy firm.
  • •Good knowledge of scheduling and planning software (e.g. Primavera).
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
