Job Summary

Drive end-to-end vendor enablement and operational improvements for article data and Article Management at Zalando. You’ll evaluate vendor education processes, lead education projects from assessment to sustainable operationalization, and collaborate with Article Management, Partner Tech, and other stakeholders to create enablement and process materials. Own KPI improvements for article data quality and manage the article content guidelines exception process to unblock partner onboarding.

•Critically evaluate and challenge vendor education processes to improve article creation and management quality.
•Take end-to-end ownership of vendor education projects, from initial assessment to sustainable operationalization.
•Create enablement and process material with operational teams across Zalando for internal and external stakeholders.
•Own next-level development and improvement of the Article Management KPI for article data quality.
•Own the article content guidelines exception process and guide partner-facing teams to resolve onboarding blockers.
