Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and operate the Zscaler platform end-to-end, including policy frameworks, app-segmentation models, PAC/traffic-forwarding standards, and topology/log streaming design.
  • •Troubleshoot secure-access and connectivity incidents (e.g., tunnel flapping, broker/connector health, SSL inspection edge cases) and lead root-cause analysis.
  • •Manage Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, and GlobalProtect VPN, including planning migration toward Zscaler solutions.
  • •Support Aruba wireless and Cisco Catalyst switches globally and design/install/configure network devices and ISP circuits for new offices.
  • •Build automation and observability using log analytics to create dashboards, alerting, and proactive detection; author runbooks and participate in on-call rotations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of enterprise network infrastructure experience, including 3+ years designing and deploying Zscaler ZIA/ZPA at scale.
  • •Deep expertise in Zero Trust / SASE and ZTNA, proxy/SWG, and SSL inspection, with cloud security knowledge.
  • •Hands-on experience with Palo Alto (PAN-OS, GlobalProtect, Panorama) and enterprise VPNs.
  • •Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, TLS/DTLS, BGP, and QoS troubleshooting.
  • •Automation mindset using Python scripting and APIs; log observability and SQL/Snowflake are a plus.
