Key Responsibilities

•Support IT Service Owner activities to manage multiple bank applications.
•Work with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams (onshore and offshore) to maintain safe, stable, and strong application sets.
•Implement regulatory reporting technology solutions and drive application architecture build-up.
•Support business initiatives while maintaining internal control standards and keeping operational risk within acceptable parameters.
•Partner with business lines to understand aspirations and provide innovative solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
•Knowledge of the banking regulatory environment (e.g., NFRA, PBOC, SAFE) and software projects.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
•Preferred: PMP or Alicloud-related certifications.
•Track record of building, maintaining, and improving application systems with knowledge of non-functional requirements.
