Key Responsibilities

•Lead the strategic direction, delivery, and performance of Land Development & Municipal Engineering projects across Kamloops and surrounding regions.
•Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, deepening client relationships, and preparing winning proposals.
•Oversee project execution, ensuring technical excellence, quality, schedule, and financial targets are achieved.
•Shape team capacity by managing resources, balancing workloads, and enabling collaboration across BC offices and disciplines.
•Develop and mentor a growing team of engineers, technologists, and support staff through clear development plans and strong people leadership.

Key Requirements

•You are a registered P.Eng. in BC with deep technical and leadership experience in municipal or land development engineering.
•You bring 10+ years of progressive engineering and project management experience, including complex design and construction delivery.
•You have 5+ years leading and developing technical teams, with a proven ability to inspire, coach, and elevate performance.
•You’ve built strong client relationships and have a track record of generating and securing new business opportunities.
•You navigate multidisciplinary environments with confidence and leverage your expertise to deliver solutions that move communities forward.
