Job Summary

Drive Operational Excellence and Strategy project management within the Raytheon Talent COE, helping develop standard processes and improve efficiency. Build and maintain knowledge management using tools like OneNote and SharePoint, leverage CORE OS for continuous improvement, and coordinate cyclical communications (Town Halls, Offsites, Skip levels).

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage standard processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent COE.
•Support planning and delivery of critical executive-level deliverables for the CHRO, CEO, and peers, including backwards plans and action/decision tracking.
•Partner with other Talent COE leaders to support ad hoc requests such as talent data analyses, presentation development, and project planning.
•Establish rigor in capturing, structuring, storing, and delivering knowledge management frameworks using tools such as OneNote and SharePoint.
•Use CORE OS to drive continuous improvement across programs, practices, processes, and tools, including cyclical Talent COE communications (Town Halls, Offsites, Skip levels).

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree with 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
•2+ years of experience supporting a project management team in HR or talent management efforts.
•Experience with detailed projected tracking and reporting across multiple projects simultaneously.
•Ability to leverage tools and technology including O365 Suite.
•Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) Apprentice and/or Champion Level Certificate with aspirations of advanced training.
