Job Summary

Review and monitor supplier quality requirements by analyzing documentation and manufacturing process data, with a focus on First Article Inspections (AS9102), Process Control Methods (AS13006), and QMS standards (AS9100). Read technical drawings, evaluate and approve FAIR, Gage Suitability, and PPAP packages, perform basic statistical analysis in Minitab, support audits, and lead improvement initiatives. Provide training and coaching and update standard work while supporting project management and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and monitor compliance with supplier quality requirements, focusing on AS9102, AS13006, and AS9100 by analyzing quality documentation and manufacturing process data.
•Document and report quality findings to relevant standards and specifications.
•Read and interpret technical drawings and review/approve FAIR, Gage Suitability, and PPAP packages.
•Perform basic statistical analysis in Minitab to evaluate Process Control data for Key Characteristics (KCs) and review Process Control Plans, MSA, PFMEAs, and process flow maps.
•Support QMS audits, provide training/coaching, update standard work, and lead improvement projects and CORE/AS9100-related initiatives (with travel up to 10% as needed).

•Bachelor's degree.
