Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain core systems to ensure reliable, high-performing simulator operation.
  • •Modernize legacy simulator systems with enhancements, new features, and optimized stability.
  • •Collaborate with software and hardware teams to integrate system components into realtime training devices.
  • •Support system reviews and cross-functional innovation to evolve next-generation training capabilities.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across modern and legacy platforms.

Salary: USD 125,700 - 138,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of experience in systems engineering for mission-critical or real-time environments.
  • •Strong problem-solving instincts and a passion for building reliable, high-performance systems.
  • •Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access; U.S. citizenship required.
  • •Flexibility for occasional overtime, shift work, weekend work, and CONUS travel.
