  • •Ensure legally compliant operation of the site’s building services and maintain complete documentation.
  • •Implement new systems/devices/upgrades and enter them into the CAFM system; prepare decision bases for repair and retrofit measures.
  • •Ensure external service providers fulfill contractual services and that work preparation for the team is completed on time.
  • •Lead employees and manage work instructions, work preparation, scheduling, documentation, and CAFM management.
  • •Coordinate with internal departments (Security, Procurement, Finance, IT, Material Flow Technology) to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., electrical master).
