Job Summary

Serve as a technical delivery expert for the Energy organization, translating energy workflows into implementable AI and data solutions. Educate customers on repeatable outcomes, map objectives to approved capabilities and datasets, and support prototypes/POCs by validating feasibility. Key Responsibilities

•Bridge customers, internal teams, and product development by translating energy business workflows into implementable AI and data solutions.
•Educate customers on energy workflow possibilities and help map objectives to approved product capabilities, datasets, and integration patterns.
•Support prototypes and POCs by validating feasibility, documenting results/limitations, and producing reusable patterns.
•Leverage Databricks to federate data, stand up Genie MCP proof-of-concepts for natural-language querying, and design agentic AI workflow components.
•Implement and enable MCP server integrations and diagnose delivery-stack issues (API latency/error handling, cloud infrastructure, authentication, pipeline reliability) to maintain stability and performance SLAs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in solution architecture, technical enablement, technology delivery, or a related technical GTM function.
•Understanding of energy markets and interest in learning key themes and exploring them through data.
•Familiarity with cloud and AI solutions, including Snowflake, Databricks, and GCP; and AI tools like Claude, Copilot, and Gemini.
•Working fluency in AI and automation concepts, including agentic frameworks and orchestration tools, to translate capabilities into deployable client solutions.
•Ability to produce and review core technical artifacts (architecture diagrams, integration flows, NFRs, and implementation notes) and communicate with mixed technical and commercial audiences.
