  • •Lead CORE Strategic Engagements and drive Raytheon-wide initiatives spanning businesses and functions.

  • •Manage improvement initiatives including scope, cost, schedule, EAC/financial forecasting, project/resource planning, and risk/opportunity mitigation.
  • •Define, track, and maintain project metrics, milestones, critical paths, and initiative performance.
  • •Coach, mentor, facilitate, and train CORE methods and tools while developing CORE Experts-in-Training.
