Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary technical interface between customers and Intel engineering teams to drive platform enablement and customer success.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution across platform technologies including hardware, firmware, graphics, connectivity, and I/O technologies.
  • •Drive resolution of critical platform issues, customer escalations, and technical challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Represent customer readiness, platform health, and execution status in program reviews and leadership forums.
  • •Develop technical assessments, customer enablement plans, and supporting documentation to accelerate design wins and product launches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience, or a Master's with 3+ years in a related field.
  • •Experience designing, validating, or enabling electronic systems and platforms.
  • •Experience managing technical projects/programs with cross-functional engineering teams, milestones, dependencies, and issue resolution.
  • •Experience working directly with customers or external partners in a technical/engineering/platform-enablement capacity.
  • •Preferred: experience with IO interfaces (PCIe, USB, SATA, Audio, Power Management), plus background in firmware or BIOS development and familiarity with lab debugging and board design tools.
