Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide professional customer service within your deployment area and address issues with Miele household appliances at customers’ homes
  • •Diagnose and repair faults on Miele household appliances and perform additional service tasks for end customers
  • •Travel daily with the Miele service vehicle to customer sites
  • •Demonstrate technical understanding and strong customer interaction skills
  • •Act as a competent point of contact for customers and occasionally close sales on-site

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training in an electrical trade (e.g., installation electrician / electrical installer / automation technician)
  • •Valid driving license category B
  • •Fluent German skills and good IT knowledge
  • •Enjoy daily customer contact and service orientation
  • •Residence within the designated catchment area (e.g., Wädenswil, Adliswil, etc.)
