Supply Chain Operations Manager

Support Pilgrim’s procurement operations and related financial analysis, partnering with Procurement Managers, JBS Procurement, and Accounting. Help execute procurement processes including training, supplier compliance, workflow management, purchase order and GR/IR balance resolution, and cost and inventory reduction initiatives. Drive procurement reporting and analytics, support system transformations and process automation, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
