Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the order-to-cash process lifecycle from ideation through implementation to ensure customer-focused feature delivery.
  • •Own SAP master data updates for material management and sold-to code create/change for new product launches and extensions.
  • •Monitor and resolve SAP SO interface errors across SAP SD, SAP LE, and the eCommerce platform, including daily sales order failure monitoring.
  • •Reconcile credit card payment capture from the eCommerce platform to ensure correct reflection in SAP accounting (revenue, tax, and AR).
  • •Support pricing setup and SKU setup/extensions for new product launches, and assist with month/quarter/year-end closing by investigating AR discrepancies and order gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP experience.
  • •Experience managing SAP processes in SAP SD or FI/CO modules with business strategy ownership.
  • •Lead large-scale process improvement projects end-to-end, including organizational change management.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to identify improvements and drive change.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field (MBA with technical background desired).
