Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes, ensuring strong visual standards on the sales floor.
  • •Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising, including product recovery, restock/destock, and visual changes aligned with store direction.
  • •Plan and execute visual direction end-to-end (planning through execution) while meeting company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels; adjust as needed.
  • •Lead and develop the Visual team by coaching for accountability, establishing internal/external talent pipeline, and driving KPI performance while maintaining operational efficiency.
