Job Summary

Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, identify financial needs, and recommend Retail consumer and small business solutions. Proactively reach out with approved marketing tools (including CAMP), cross-sell to deepen relationships, and support appointments for periodic financial reviews. Partner with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment teams for referrals, while meeting customer experience and production goals. Complete onboarding and a certification program, and process teller transactions as part of the platform staff.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•Ability to use Retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions; must complete S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at the time of employment.
