Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze available information, identify environmental issues, and develop site-specific rehabilitation programs.
  • •Develop conceptual site models and evaluate rehabilitation options for applicability based on environmental, social, economic, and technical criteria.
  • •Collaborate on the preparation and drafting of service offers and project proposals.
  • •Supervise field personnel, ensure health and safety practices, and ensure field procedures and quality of works.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary rehabilitation projects (budgets, timelines, subcontractors, technical teams) and communicate progress to clients.

Salary: CAD 89,800 - 118,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (bachelor's or master's) in earth sciences, engineering, or a related field with a focus on environmental science or rehabilitation.
  • •5–10 years of experience in environmental rehabilitation or related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of Quebec regulations and good-practice guides.
  • •Ability to analyze information, develop rehabilitation programs, and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
