Key Requirements

  • •Degree, HNC, or HND qualified in Telecommunications, Electronic, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • •Significant experience within rail telecommunications engineering.
  • •Strong knowledge of FTN/FTNx, fibre optics, IP networking, GSM-R, CCTV, PA, CIS, and telecoms transmission systems.
  • •Experience working within Network Rail or major rail infrastructure environments.
  • •Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards professional registration is desirable, with strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
