Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management. Complete the FCMA roadmap, earn a Consultative Selling Skills Certification, and develop expertise in consultative selling and customer financial needs assessments. After training, lead a financial center team by recruiting, coaching, and reinforcing core values while collaborating across partners and supporting community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification.

•Maintain working knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Apply consultative sales to identify customer financial needs and recommend solutions.
•Develop and lead a team, reinforce core values and business strategies, and support a One Bank culture through collaboration and community involvement.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities.
•Must obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at time of employment.
