Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee quoting, underwriting, and pricing to ensure complete underwriting files and adherence to pricing grids, credit, and profitability standards.
  • •Deliver timely client service by preparing term sheets, transaction documents, collateral calculations, and requested information.
  • •Evaluate loan opportunities by interpreting borrower financial statements, reviewing policy illustrations and attributes, and underwriting credit risk.
  • •Review executed loan document packages for compliance with approvals and prepare and submit funding packets for loan activation and funding.
  • •Manage a portfolio subset by monitoring collateral, calculating crossover dates, generating notices, surrendering policies, and liquidating collateral while co-leading territory status calls.
