Program Manager - Rebates & Incentives

Own and optimize government/utility rebate and incentive programs across markets. Lead incentive strategy from qualification through applications, renewals, compliance, and reporting, while mapping utility/state/federal incentives for new market launches. Build scalable SOPs, streamline customer submission workflows, partner with Product on rebate eligibility automation, and track regulatory changes. Serve as the rebate subject matter expert, develop dashboards, and continuously improve processes to increase speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
