  • •Own Jetson’s rebate and incentive strategy across qualification, applications, renewals, compliance, and reporting.
  • •Research and map utility, state, and federal incentives for proposed new markets, outlining requirements, risks, and launch playbooks.
  • •Optimize submission and processing workflows supporting Customer Success so customers receive eligible funds smoothly.
  • •Develop scalable SOPs for Sales and Customer Success to ensure accurate intake and rebate communication.
  • •Partner with Product to shape the digital experience and automation for rebate eligibility, onboarding, and documentation.

Key Requirements
