Lead country-level operational performance, P&L ownership, and continuous improvement in conversion, costs, and processing efficiency. Manage and grow the operations team, drive merchant and partner business development, and ensure regulatory and compliance oversight, including AML/KYC and licensing. Build relationships across the payments ecosystem and advise internal stakeholders on regulatory risks.
