Job Summary

Deliver an exceptional in-store consumer experience by modeling Levi’s values and providing customer service through styling, product recommendations, and store operations. Help leadership drive performance with trend-aware suggestions, promote the Levi’s omni experience and Red Tab Loyalty, resolve customer concerns per policy, and support merchandising and merchandise/cash handling processes while following store procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Suggest looks aligned with the latest trends and current promotions based on consumer needs using the Levi’s service approach.
•Promote the Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
•Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy, partnering with store management on elevated issues.
•Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
•Comply with all Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow directives from store management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 14.35 - 23.9 hourly

Key Requirements

•Fashion-savvy interest in current trends.
•Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
•Available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties such as standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
•Reliable transportation and must be 16 years old.
