Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and verify incoming equipment from Army units in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Match items to turn-in documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • •Update Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP) for receipt transactions and input transactions into logistics/transportation systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, TC-AIMS II).
  • •Prepare, generate, and review outbound shipping documentation and coordinate scheduling, loading, and dispatch.
  • •File and maintain shipping, receiving, and discrepancy reports in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and government auditing standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s in logistics or supply preferred.
  • •2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience (military or contractor environment preferred).
  • •Familiarity with Army supply/transportation documentation and systems is highly desirable.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet physical requirements for warehouse/field work and extreme weather conditions.
