Key Requirements

  • •4 to 7 years of managerial experience, including leadership, issue management, motivation, and team building, preferred.
  • •5 to 10 years in a plant nursery environment and/or a degree in Horticulture, preferred.
  • •Understanding of sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and integrating demand and supply plans.
  • •Working knowledge of business accounting and P&L statements.
