Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an ambassador for the company and oversee overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes for multiple projects.
  • •Lead and manage assigned project management team members and provide progress updates, reports, and performance metrics.
  • •Manage projects to meet schedule expectations and ensure deliverables are completed timely, efficiently, and correctly.
  • •Ensure safety by following Safe Work Practices and conforming to the company’s safety program and client worksite policies.
  • •Manage subcontractor/vendor performance and control project costs against planned budgets, including resource planning and cost reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •AAS or BS in Construction Management or Construction Engineering; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of progressive construction industry experience in a management/leadership role.
  • •Experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects across construction vertical markets.
  • •Experience managing installation of mission-critical infrastructure for data center new build and retrofit projects (highly preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of contracting/project delivery methods and PMBOK Guidelines/Standards; includes estimating, scheduling, and construction accounting knowledge.
