Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and act as a trusted advisor in the branch.
  • •Coach tellers on efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, observing performance, and overseeing operational standards and compliance.
  • •Transition clients to a banker after listening for financial wellness opportunities and provide education using financial wellness tools.
  • •Balance cash drawer within guidelines, follow compliance/audit/security procedures, and support onboarding/training of new tellers.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks organizationally (required).
