Key Responsibilities

  • •Use digital/technology research and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, propose solutions, create/maintain roadmaps, and improve performance.
  • •Translate product and experience opportunities into initiatives (requirements, epics, features) and drive execution strategy.
  • •Shepherd complex digital/technology products from idea through market validation through collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs.
  • •Develop business case artifacts and hypotheses for scoping and prioritization, and continually analyze performance against KPIs/KRIs.
  • •Lead cross-functional product teams to discover and deliver new digital/technology products and experiences, presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 additional years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, including digital/technology strategy/planning, innovation, user experience, process engineering, analytics, and/or research/testing.
  • •Ability to effectively develop, influence, present, and communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams, non-technical users, and leadership.
  • •Experience working in an Agile, Lean Product Development and Lean Portfolio Management environment.
  • •Knowledge of digital/technology strategy and delivery (roadmaps, journey mapping, competitive analysis, and situation analysis) and experience design/human-centered design concepts.
